Q. Does Baxter Clean Care offer online ordering?

A. Yes. We offer online ordering through our online catalog where you can shop for all your janitorial supplies and equipment.


Q. What areas do you serve?

A. Baxter Clean Care has 4 locations from which we can serve you. Longview, TX is our corporate office. We have branch locations in Tyler, TX, Addison, TX, which is in the DFW Area, and our Paris, TX office. We serve all areas in and around our four locations. To find out if we serve your specific area, please contact the location nearest you.


Q. Does Baxter Clean Care offer equipment repair?

A. Yes. We have factory trained technicians to repair and maintain your janitorial cleaning equipment.


Q. Do you have an online catalog?

A. Yes. Our online catalog has many of our products available where you can simply gather information or place orders online as well.


Q. How do I request a demo of your cleaning equipment?

A. If you would like to have a demo of a particular piece of equipment, you can request this through our equipment repair form or simply give us a call.


Q. Do you provide open invoicing?

A. Yes. With the proper credit information we can set up open accounts for customers in our area. However, for out of area customers, the preferred method is online ordering with credit card.


Q. Does Baxter Clean Care have delivery service available?

A. Yes. We deliver in our local areas with our own fleet of trucks and vans. Shipping is available via FEDEX, UPS and LSO.
